Transfers cannot be processed online. However, our Shareholder Services Team can answer questions about the process for transferring a Coverdell ESA into a Heartland Funds Coverdell account.

How to Transfer a Coverdell ESA from Another Financial Institution

1. Complete the Coverdell ESA account application form
2. Complete the Coverdell ESA transfer/rollover form
3. Mail both forms to one of the following:

   Heartland Funds

   Kansas City, MO 64121-9942
